Overview of OpsAdmin Permission Formatting

Permissions in OpsAdmin follow two primary formats:

  1. Standard Format:

    • Structure: Name: Permission Value
    • Permission Values: Access, Add, Delete, Edit, View
    • Example:
      • Affiliates Manager: Add → Allows adding new affiliates.
      • Document Manager: View → Grants permission to view documents. \
  2. Action-Oriented Format:

    • Structure: Permission Action -> Execution Area
    • Common Actions: Show, Send, Allow, Access
    • Example:
      • Dashboard: Show Enrollments In The Quick Search Widget → Enables displaying enrollments in the dashboard search.
      • Pricing Matrix Portal: Allow Hiding Company Margin From Prices → Grants the ability to hide company margin details in pricing.

Here’s a detailed breakdown of each permission in the OpsAdmin Level Roles:

Affiliates Manager

  • Add – Allows users to create new affiliate records.
  • Delete – Allows users to remove affiliate records.
  • Edit – Enables users to modify existing affiliate records.
  • View – Grants read-only access to affiliate records.

Autoresponder Package

  • Add – Allows users to create new autoresponder packages.
  • Delete – Permits users to remove existing autoresponder packages.
  • Edit – Enables users to modify existing autoresponder packages.
  • View – Grants read-only access to autoresponder package details.

Autoresponders

  • Add – Allows users to create new autoresponders.
  • Delete – Permits users to remove existing autoresponders.
  • Edit – Enables users to modify existing autoresponders.
  • View – Grants read-only access to autoresponder configurations.

Background Service Setup

  • Access – Provides access to background service configuration settings.

Campaigns

  • Add – Allows users to create new campaigns.
  • Delete – Enables users to remove campaigns.
  • Edit – Grants permission to modify existing campaigns.
  • View – Allows users to view campaign details.

Channels

  • Add – Enables users to create new communication channels.
  • Delete – Permits users to remove channels.
  • Edit – Allows modification of existing channels.
  • View – Grants read-only access to channel configurations.

Dashboard Widgets

  • Show Customers In The Quick Search Widget – Displays customer-related results in the quick search widget.
  • Show Drops In The Quick Search Widget – Displays dropped records in the quick search widget.
  • Show Enrollments In The Quick Search Widget – Displays enrollments in the quick search widget.
  • Show The Background Service Status Widget – Displays background service status on the dashboard.

Document Manager

  • Add – Allows users to upload new documents.
  • Edit – Enables modification of existing documents.
  • View – Grants read-only access to documents.

Dynamic Templates

  • Add – Allows creation of new dynamic templates.
  • Delete – Permits deletion of existing templates.
  • Edit – Enables users to modify templates.
  • View – Grants read-only access to template configurations.

Email Manager

  • Send Emails and Edit – Allows users to send emails and modify email settings.
  • View – Grants read-only access to email configurations.

Global Dispositions

  • Access – Grants access to set dispositions for prospect rejects
  • Access – Grants access to legal name configurations.
  • Add – Allows users to create new legal names.
  • Delete – Permits removal of legal names.
  • Edit – Enables modifications to existing legal names.
  • View – Grants read-only access to legal name records.

Letter Queue

  • View – Allows users to view the letter queue.

Market Manager

  • Add – Enables users to create new markets.
  • Delete – Allows removal of existing markets.
  • Edit – Permits modification of market details.
  • View – Grants read-only access to market records.

Media Manager

  • View – Grants read-only access to media files and configurations.
  • View – Allows users to view the menu configuration.

Partner Account

  • Access – Grants access to partner account settings.
These specific permissions are for Affiliate Related accounts. OpsAdmin users should also have these permissions as well but Affiliates will need some of them to access the Portal.

Pricing Matrix

  • Allow Hiding Company Margin From Prices – Permits the user to hide company margin details in pricing views and see the base prices. This should be granted to Administrative users only!
  • Allow Selecting Older Pricing Files – Grants access to select and view historical pricing files and makes them available in the Portal.

    Pricing Portal

  • Pricing Portal → Configuration Values: Access
  • Pricing Portal → Prospect List: Add – Allows the user to add new prospects to the Pricing Matrix Portal.
  • Pricing Portal → Prospect List: Edit Expiration Date – Provides the ability to update or extend a prospect’s expiration date. This should not be granted to an Affiliate unless they have been given the ability to choose how long a price is available.
  • Pricing Portal → Prospect List: View – Allows the user to view prospect records within the Pricing Matrix Portal.
  • Pricing Portal → Prospect List: Show every Affiliate User Prospect – Under Prospect List, this permission will grant the user access to see every prospect generated by the associated affiliate, rather than be restricted to seeing only the prospects they have generated. For example, if several Affiliate users belong to the same Affiliate, you may grant permission to a user to see all prospects being generated by both.
  • Pricing Portal → Prospect List: Allow uploading physical prospect contracts

    Prospects Manager Permissions (in OpsAdmin, not the Portal)

  • Prospect Manager: Access – Grants the user access to the Prospect Manager, allowing them to view and manage prospects.

    Prospect Packages Permissions

  • Prospect Packages: Add – Allows users to create and add new prospect packages.
  • Prospect Packages: Delete – Enables the user to remove existing prospect packages.
  • Prospect Packages: Edit – Grants permission to modify details of existing prospect packages.
  • Prospect Packages: View – Allows the user to view prospect packages without making changes.

    Prospect Packages Permissions

  • Prospect: Show Prospect Rejected

Reprint Documents

  • Access – Grants access to the document reprint functionality.

Review Pricing Matrix

  • Access – Provides access to the pricing matrix review.
  • Show "Company Margins" Option – Displays company margin details in the pricing matrix.
  • Show "Send Email" Option – Enables the "Send Email" function for pricing matrix interactions.

Service Notifications

  • Receive Error Notifications – Allows the user to receive system error notifications when issues occur within the platform.
  • Receive Notifications CC – Enables the user to be copied (CC) on system notifications sent to other recipients.

System Logs

  • Log History: Access – Grants access to view system log history.

System Setup

  • Configure Brands: Access – Provides access to brand configuration settings.
  • Access – Grants general system setup access.

Types

  • Autoresponder: Add/Delete/Edit/View – Manages autoresponder type settings.
  • Customer: Add/Delete/Edit/View – Manages customer type settings.
  • Documents: Add/Delete/Edit/View – Manages document type settings.
  • Languages: Add/Delete/Edit/View – Manages language type settings.
  • Theme Setup: Add/Delete/Edit/View – Manages theme configuration settings.

Usage Tiers

  • Access – Grants access to usage tier settings.

User Account

  • Allow Toggling Two-Factor Authentication – Enables users to turn two-factor authentication on or off.

User Manager

  • Role Groups: Add/Delete/Edit/View – Manages user role groups.
  • Users: Add/Delete/Edit/View – Manages individual user accounts.

Utility Manager

  • Add/Delete/Edit/View – Manages utility settings.

Zip Code Manager

  • Zip Code Lists: Add/Delete/Edit/View – Manages zip code list configurations.
  • Zip Codes: Add Or Edit – Allows users to add or modify zip codes.
  • Zip Codes: Delete – Permits deletion of zip codes.
  • Zip Codes: View – Grants read-only access to zip code data.
