Features & Fixes Details
Added an option for customers without an email in Quick Enrollment
When a customer didn’t have an email address, the agent had to input the default email address manually and this was prone to errors. The new field prevents this situation.
Added new optional fields to the Sales Importer
Now the Sales Importer has four new optional fields available:
- Pricing Type
- Commision Difference
- Company Commission
- Total Annual Usage
These four fields should be added at the very end of the sales importer template columns.
Added a new Commodity Type field
Now it’s possible to indicate the percentage of renewable energy by commodity with the new % Renewable field.
This field is also available as a Replacement Value both for Dynamic Documents and Autoresponders.
Now it’s possible to show Traunchs in dollars or cents
There is a new configuration in the Market Manager that allows to setup how the system should present the calculated traunch in Dynamic Documents and Autoresponders. The Edit Market screen was slightly rearranged to present these new options:
By default, all the markets will be setup in dollars, which is the historic behavior of the system. No change is needed in existing documents or autoresponders.
Now it’s possible to generate Drops from OpsAdmin
OpsAdmin now allows the user to drop (Move Out in the case of Texas) accounts from within the system. This action can be performed by an agent from Customer Details, or by the customer from the My Account site.
A new button named Drop Account will show up in the Customer Details screen for those accounts that have an Active status.
In the case of the customer, this option is available in the My Account screen.
When the option is selected from any of the screens, a popup with the following options will show up:
Once the user has selected the date, reason code and the option to remove the meter the Drops gets generated and sent to ESG in the moment and the status account is changed to Pending Drop.
We revamped the Rates Wizard mobile experience
With this release we vastly improved the mobile user experience. Now the system has much better navigation, information and options are better arranged and space is better used. The wizard now has a bottom navigation bar that’s always visible and provides easy access to the most common features. Below there are a couple of comparison shots, with the old UI to the left and the new UI to the right:
