Features & Fixes Details
Added roles to bypass the credit check and waive deposits
Now the system allows to bypass a credit check from the Quick Enrollments screen if the user has the role Payments --> Allow to bypass credit check associated. If this is the case, a new checkbox will show up during the enrollment process, that will hide the credit check section and bypass the process if the option is checked.
Also, a new option to waive the deposit from the Quick enrollment screen was added for the users that have the Payments --> Allow to waive deposit after a credit check role associated.
In this case, the system will show a new button that allows to skip the payment of the deposit and send the enrollment to ESG after completing the recurring billing subscription.
The system shows the reason returned by Transunion for not being able to calculate the customer credit score
There are situations where Transunion won’t be able to calculate the credit score of the customer. In those cases Transunion returns the reason for not being able to to calculate the score, and now it is shown by the system.
New option to toggle visibility of Credit Check reasons panel in Credit Check result screen
There is a new option in System Setup under the payments category called Show reasons for requiring a deposit on the credit check result screen which allows to show or hide the list of reasons returned by Transunion that explain why the calculated score is below the threshold that allows to enroll without a deposit.
