Whats New?

4764 Now it’s possible to update the Sales Agent field for Door to Door Enrollments.
4709 Restrictions for capturing payment information and new role for performing credit check using SSN.

Features & Fixes Details

Now It’s possible to edit the Sales Agent field for TPV Enrollments

For those TPV enrollments currently sitting in the On Hold Enrollment Manager, there is a new button that gives the user the possibility of updating its Agent Username. Depending on the enrollment status, the edition will result in a success message or a message will be prompted for the user to know that this value has only been updated in the OpsAdmin database and submitting this to TPV/ESG may be necessary.

This edit option will only be available for the users that have the _Enrollments --> Edit Door To Door Sales Agent _role assigned to them.

The user can access this screen from the Verification Details screen from the On Hold Enrollment Manager.

A new section under Enrollment Details has been added to display the latest status of the TPV verification.

Restrictions for capturing payment information and new role for performing credit check using SSN

The users that have the Quick Enrollments --> Perform Credit Check Using Social Security Number role will be the only ones that can perform a credit check using the customer’s SSN while processing a Quick Enrollment. Users who lack this role will be forced to perform the credit check using the date of birth.

The role Payments --> Allow to process a payment has been adjusted so that the users that are tied to this role won’t notice any change during the Quick Enrollment process but the users that don’t have it won’t see any content related to the capturing of credit card data.

With this enhancement, the enrollment process required adjustments on some validations related to payments, and some of the deposit and recurring billing options during the enrollment process changed, being the new available options:

Clearer and more complete history information of each verification request made to TPV

Now the full history of verifications made to TPV can be accessed and visualized from OpsAdmin. The user can access this information from the Verification Details screen from the On Hold Enrollment Manager.

Improved the validation that prevented more than one instance of the Quick enrollment process opened at the same time

Sometimes, the user would see an error message such as “Can’t have more than one instance” when trying to Quick Enrollments and a customer’s MyAccount instance at the same time. Now the system allows having one instance of the Quick Enrollments and one instance of MyAccount at the same time.
