Improvements

\(^▽^)/ Improved the process of saving a new enrollment to the database to prevent missing enrollments in the future.
\(^▽^)/ Payments History under MyAccount and Customer Details now filters payments by enrollments for customers that have multiple service agreements.
\(^▽^)/ Added a loading icon when deleting a user from User Manager.
4923 Added more details to the “Check Start Date” task log for ECI.
4982 Added Enrollment ID to Excel Export from Customer Support.
4988 Payment transactions are read from OpsAdmin database for enrollments that do not retrieve information from the P2C Billing System.

Fixes

4815 Updated logic in the OpsAdmin Service to avoid submitting recurring billings to P2C without their account package information.
4952 Corrected several issues when accessing Affiliate's direct URL for new enrollments via promo code.
4960 Updated the way customers are logged in to MyAccount.
4967 Fix for “Customer already exists” error message in Sales Importer.
4973 Fix for “Unable to delete user” error message in User Manager.
4999 Corrected an issue that prevented some records from being imported to the ESG Datamart tables.
5010 Adjusted LDC field maximum length in Ops Database to allow account numbers that are longer than 22 characters.
5007 Corrected a display issue that prevented an account’s old LDC from being displayed under Enrollment Details.
5019 Corrected a display issue that prevented the PPU option from being shown under Customer Support.
5025 Fix for an error that caused loading issues for some customers when they accessed the MyAccount portal
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Fixed an issue that caused display problems with the Service Tasks list on OpsAdmin main dashboard.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Corrected a display issue where the small arrow icons in the menu didn’t show.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Corrected a bug that prevented Enrollment Details Page from loading.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Fixed an error on the Web Enrollment process where the customer documents under the Thank You page were missing.

Features & Fixes Details

Enrollment Details access through Customer Support

The Customer Details screen has been reorganized to display options grouped under a reduced number of buttons:

OpsAdmin users that have the “View Enrollment Details” role can now access the Enrollment Details Page through the Customer Support interface by clicking on the “Information” button:

Also, operators with the View_Customers role can access the Customer Details interface from Customer Support through Enrollment Manager:

Conditions for “Make a Payment” button visibility from MyAccount

The “Make a Payment” button under MyAccount is displayed based on two conditions:

  • Always visible for Active Customers
  • In case the customer is no longer active, the button is displayed if the customer has balance due. This is checked against the Billing System.

This button is only available for Markets that have the Payments module enabled.
