Improvements for the “Amount to Pay” field at the time of making a payment
To alleviate the issue of customers accidentally overpaying, the Make a Payment UI now includes the actual balance due after entering the amount to be paid.
This will ensure customers are entering the exact amount needed to have their balance in zero. The confirmation pop up also shows the amount:
