Updated authentication method to JWT when connecting to Smart Meter Texas to get usage data​

This change does not affect how customers view data in any way, but it is important to note that SMT is deprecating their current method of authentication shortly. OpsAdmin is now prepared to handle this situation without compromising the integration with SMT.

Improved logs of critical screens​

System Setup, Partner Accounts, User Manager, Departments and Background Service Setup now have a much better detailed logging to track changes made on these critical areas of the system. This release also includes some UI improvements for the System Logs screen where users can access the logs mentioned above.

We'll log any issues you report and schedule fixes as part of our normal development cycle, but we don't provide real-time troubleshooting on this server.
