Features & Fixes Details
OpsAdmin now allows archiving Autoresponders and Documents
Autoresponders as well as documents can now be archived. This means that when archived, they will be removed from their main UIs and they won’t be shown in other screens that return a list of these elements.

New dynamic fields: Traunch Value and Traunch Credit
For those plans that include a credit usage, new dynamic fields can be included in documents/autoresponders to show a table that represents the traunches and credits set up at the plan level.

The dynamic field [USAGE_THRESHOLD_AND_AMOUNT] returns this table. As for the credit usage amount, it can also be retrieved in documents using the [CREDIT_AMOUNT_USAGE_{0}] dynamic field, by replacing {0} with the correct traunch value.

This is how the autoresponder looks like when printing:

T&D Charges by Customer Type
It’s now possible to set Transfer and Distribution charges by Customer Type in Utility Manager. This has a direct impact in the traunch calculations as OpsAdmin will use the T$D charges set up for the plan’s customer type if the plan is set as Passthrough. All existing T&D charges will be assigned to Residential Customers. It is very important that OpsAdmin users take care of adding the T&D charges for Small/Large Commercial customers immediately after this release.

Prospects Edition
It is now possible to edit the basic information of an existing prospect. However, this option is only available for prospects that don’t have a Completed, Rejected, Expired or Canceled status.
Revamped Default Plan Settings
OpsAdmin simplified the default plan settings when creating a new plan. Instead of manually entering the default price plan description as well as selecting the default plan from a dropdown, users only have to search for their default plan in a dropdown.
